“Not One More” is both the rallying cry and the title of a powerful anti-violence song by Pastor Jackie L. Jackson, a respected community advocate and pastor in Cincinnati. Through his music and activism, Pastor Jackson calls for an end to the gun violence that has deeply impacted his city and his own family.
In June 2024, his 16-year-old grandson, Jackie Jackson III, was tragically shot and killed at The Banks. His death marked the tenth member of Pastor Jackson’s family lost to gun violence in just ten years, strengthening his resolve to advocate for change and raise awareness through community action, faith, and music.
“Not One More” stands as both a memorial and a call to action—urging communities, leaders, and families to work together to stop the cycle of violence.
